UrLine has not announced paid tiers. The current release uses one account experience so the learning loop can be proven before pricing becomes more complicated.

If you read English comfortably, follow films without subtitles, and still hesitate for two seconds before every sentence you speak, nothing is wrong with your English — you have practised recognising it and never practised producing it. Those are different skills, and only one of them is trained by more reading. UrLine trains the other one, on the sentences you personally need, in the situations where the pause is expensive.
Interviews
Load the answers you keep rehearsing in your head — why you left, what you built, what went wrong — and say them out loud from the meaning alone. The words have to arrive before the question is over, and that is the only skill an interview actually tests.
Introducing yourself
The thirty seconds that decide how somebody reads you: who you are, what you work on, why it matters. Practise it until it comes out as one sentence instead of three restarts.
Seminars and tutorials
Disagreeing in a seminar is a different skill from writing the essay. Import the phrases that carry an argument in English and rehearse producing them under time, so a point does not go unmade because the sentence would not come.
Presentations and demos
Slides are written English; presenting is spoken English. Paste your own script, then rehearse each line from its meaning rather than reading it — which is what actually happens when somebody interrupts you at slide four.
Meetings and client calls
Pushing back, asking for time, saying no without giving offence. These are fixed patterns in English, and knowing them is not the same as producing one while eight people wait.
Living somewhere else
Querying a bill, describing a symptom to a doctor, explaining what went wrong with the flat. The conversations that are easy in your own language and quietly exhausting in English, until the sentences are ready before you need them.
Bring your own material and it works for any of these: a job description, a lecture transcript, your own slide notes, a film scene, a podcast. UrLine never supplies the sentences — the point is that you practise the ones you are actually going to have to say.
Before paid plans exist
UrLine is free, needs no card, and has no trial that expires. Every account gets the same daily allowances, which keep one person's practice from exhausting the service for everyone else; the exact figures are listed under What this account can hold in Settings, and UrLine will say so plainly rather than letting you discover a limit by hitting it.
No recurring price, renewal term, or paid benefit is being claimed before those decisions are actually made.
